This spell is now pretty useless since haste is 25% and you can get potion with 30% haste at lvl 40 and not use the 300 mana casting cost. I guess if your REALLY broke or run out of potions. Thats is just my opinion

Haste (25%) -- VERY beneficial, and stacks with hast items (why wouldn't it though?)... the downside is that it takes too much mana (300).

Okay, you prep for action. Do you have any problems casting your Armor of Faith, Valor, and Symbol spell, not to mention your Brells (level 49)? You do that for the benefits, and mana be d...ed!!
This spell offers the benefits of Haste. Maybe 25% doesnt seem that much, but if you have a haste item (lets say SCHW's) it stacks and makes your attacks come more frequently, offering the opportunity of inflicting more damage more often.
The benefits of having this spell up and having to med up for maybe 5 of those 30 minutes you have with this spell (Assuming not mind candy whatever) offsets any possible inconvenience.
Add a bard in your group and you have the spell, item and song stack combo that melees love when it cimes to haste.

Who cares if it uses 300mana, its a 25% haste buff, what more do you want P

found it it is a lvl 49 spell sold by Galorano Daldirick in SH (Luclin)
