This requires going through a series of quests in Shar Vahl for a quest Anvil and Humming Mallet.
You then create a Humming Orb from
1 "wailing substance" from dire wolves (no drop)
1 "shrieking substance" from owlbears (no drop)
1 metal ring
the anvil and hammer
Then combine:
1 Humming Orb
2 Swirling Shadows (no rent)
1 medium banded gloves mold
1 water
the anvil and hammer
This is Not trivial at 245

wailing substance - you can get also off Yelloweyes in Paludal Caverns almost every time.

How did you get 3 skills to GM? I know you can get one normal, and one w/ AA points.

You can get up to five additional with AA points, at a cost of three AA points for each additional skill. Thus if you spent 15 AA points (and countless years of your life span) you could, in theory, GM in all six trade skills!
Rinalthelis probably meant you can get up to 6 additional GM titles with a total cost of 18 AAs. You could then reach 250 in all 7 general tradeskills. Other trades such as tinkering, research, poisonmaking and alchemy are separate categories.
