As of this typing, the data above says that the Secrets of Faydwer "GALLANT-LORD" armor is used in tradeskills to make one of the three versions of Tier Four Seeds of Destruction Armor (i.e. Vested, Balanced, Chaotic).

The Gallant-Lord armor is raid armor.

The T4 SoD Armor is non-raid armor and also has significantly lesser stats.

I am pretty confident that has to be wrong.

Perhaps someone has confused matters.

The SoF "PURIFIED CHROMASTEEL" non-raid armor is the armor that can be converted into SoD T4 armor (which provides a minor upgrade).
