Secrets of Faydwer
The look i just witnessed was of an orc similar to the one you show in that link however the one i just witnessed was wearing Spiked shoulderplates, Spiked wristplates and a large spided helm on the zerker i just saw in the guild lobby. he linked the item for the effect and it was the one above.
It was only after thinking about the post from a few months back that got me thinking about the link here.
His illusion was definatly NOT the orc pawn in the link below.
He looked very kool!!

that just means you were not in the zone when he clicked it. some illusions bug out and when you arent in the zone when the person cast it they will look like a differently textured version of the same race. on his screen he wouldnt see this.

So does this item change your faction with the orcs in BMK? Are you able to walk amongst them without agro?
Sadly, it's just regular wereorc.
The appearance is of a naked bloodmoon orc with a leather skullcap. So basically you look like an orc pawn.

Thanks Rozzl. For those that reported the reward item, did they know approx what their faction standing was with Fang Breakers? Asking cause none of the rewards were available until amiable faction was reached.
I got some of the rewards at indifferent faction (skin and fangs)... amiable not required.
As far as I can tell, you could get all the rewards at dubious faction, the key thing is that for each piece you need to complete ALL missions for that piece, and the exact list of which missions are required for each piece isn't fully known yet.

The rewards are at least partially factioned based.
Wereorc's Left Mandibular Fragment is an additional reward from at least Victim of the Minotaur's quest from Fortunisa with at amiably Fangbreaker faction.
Runed Wereorc Skin is an additional reward from any of the following missions with at least Amiable faction:
Reducing the Threat - Goblins, Wereorcs or Worgs, missions from Tyrinam
Gathering from the Goblins, mission from Eliowil.
The Wereorc's Maxillary Fragments appears to be reward from 3 stage/quest of the Emyria: Spiritvoid Earring series (only 2 quests posted so far) https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=4391
Handful of Wereorc Fangs is an additional reward from at least Babeliyna's #2 The Daring Rescue with at least high kindly faction. Had been kindly (likely low) but after killing 5 Bloodmoon ambusher captain (he gives possible jumped to warmly and looked at just going back to hail and checked Rewards and the Handful of Wereorc Fangs appeared, whereas they were not present when I obtained the #2 mission.
