Where does one purchase this tool? I have looked on the JC merchants in POK, Shadowhave, Abysmal Sea, Cr; no tool. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

first you buys "square cutting tool" combine it alone in a jc kit and it changes forms, you keep combining the same item over and over until you get the one you want, all the different shaped cutting tools, and then on the last one you get solo setting tool, duo setting tool, followed by trio setting tool, and that one combines becomes.. square cutting tool again. if i had the bank space i'd just make one of each and store them all to avoid the hassel of changin forms.. but alas bank space is a rare commodity at this time.
