I have this bracelet and a Hero Bracer, along with a Ivy Etched Bracer; is the Ivy better for me at my lvl (26)? Or is the hp/mana slightly more useful on the Jade Bracelet? Thanks

Let's figure this based on pure numbers. Drop this on a low level character.. At Lvl-1 you have 20-30 hp, and Max of perhaps 29 mana (Highest starting int of any race being 143 for Erudite pumped all the way). SO with this item, you are adding half again what they start with. THis can do very nice things for you life expectancy.
Not something particularly desired up past 20 or so, but still very nice.

Hmmm... I'd got the cut-off worked out as level 24/25 for INT casters... +3 Int = +15mana at 25, so anyone wearing something like Polished Bone Bracers (+3 Int) on their newbie/untwinked Necro would be better off with these for the extra mana alone... and the +15 hp is gravy :o)
Seriously, these and the matching rings should be on everybodies lowbie caster... and if you can afford the Black Sapphire ears + neck set as well, you should just coast thru the lower levels.

The only difference in the item is that this one is labeled correctly at the top of the page and the earlier one is not. It's called a Gold Jaded Bracelet not a Golden Jaded Bracelet, hence the new item.

WTf is this... these bracers have been around since the game started practically... o well hehe
Items aren't shown as new on Alla because they're newly discovered. They're shown as new because they're newly posted. Someone just now noticed that this item wasn't listed, and listed it themselves. Hence, showing up as a new item.

the hp and the mana on this bracer could benefit all classes (the hp at least), and the ac, while not much, wouldn't hurt either. this is kinda an old item, so im surprised to see it added so late.
