Affliction is a low level shaman spell, but an excellent one. 30 points of direct damage, and a 116 point dot. It has the visual of a Lifetap. Personally, I think it is an ok weapon for offhand, or twinking a new character, but it does not proc until level 18. And the graphic above is wrong for it, it looks like a shortsword in the inventory and on your persona.
I use one on my rogue and I have a dex of about 125 or so and it wasnt procing at lvl 20, it is now at 22 though.

Whoa are you serious? on my server Woe and Envy can be bought for 100pp for both? not too many people want them ...don't know why but its the truth.
This is a shaman epic piece.
