What would a PC on one of these be?
Traverse Smerfs, Uber?
Boots and arms have been surfacing on my server quite frequently. The prices vary greatly. I paid 2k for a pair of worked boots, while a friend paid 6k for his. I saw the higher ones, above reenforced, forget the name atm, for 6k. Nice items for rangers who don't have tolans. And yes not every ranger that goes to WW has full tolans or better. The worked dragon hide bp was auctioning at 85k.
They're newbie fodder, a nice easy twinking item. These will work their way down the loot chain and also drop straight to the bottom unless I miss my guess :)
For a WW drop, these aren't much better than the Iksar Scaled (10ac +3str +3dex +10hp) which you can buy easily or go loot (also in a WW) by the mid-30s. Seems like a gap in the whole risk/reward scheme of things.

These are much better, cuz I really don't care about 3 str or 3 dex or 10 hp when I can get 8 fire resist. Best gloves for lvl -52 for Naggy Raids. But every good melee has his AC armor and his resist armor. So think about it. I only know that I look much more for resist then anything else.
