minimum level 55, but you'll hurt a lot. i'd say 59 or 60+, because you'll have a better chance of resisting some of the AEs and subject your raid to fewer adds from aggro to your low level.
Minimum-All resists over 100, without any buffs whatsoever. 'bout 3k in the bazaar will get you gear to get you up into the 80s or 90s range, so it's not so important any more(but you'd be surprised by how many people go to tov with insufficient resists...)
Be in a raiding guild. Nowadays everyone is in luclin or PoP, so you'll probably need to find a new raid guild that's doing following the raid guild roadmap to get people into here. Anyone else find it odd that it has +7Int and a healing focus? Shouldn't it have +7Wis since the main healers are clerics who use Wisdom.
Its design intent is for mages and necro's for thier pet heals.
I dont have this item, but was told it was actually a HEAL III focus, not as listed above. Sure wish all these damn focus items were correct, would make it easier to find what im looking for. and /rude Verant for ******** it all up on implementation! Dumbass!!

I wear this mask as an enchanter. It has more mana for the face than any other item outside of ToV (With the exception of the CT eye), and when raiding or grouping, I find the more mana the better. Having that much AC on the face is nice too... my AC has gone up considerably since raiding NToV, but unlike many people, I don't focus on AC/HP as much as I do mana.

The int and saves are nice, but what makes this an exceptionally good caster item is the mana, pure and simple. Most melee will have better than this for their face. A large number of excellent melee face items exist, both within ToV and without.

Since it's no drop from ToV I'd assume most of the people that can get this already have something like a electrum diamond mask, but this is a nice alternative for the caster who wants his resists and his int/mana too. Also for the tank who wants the resists but hates giving up the ac. This isn't the greatest thing in the world, but it's a nice item especially for trakanon and perhaps for the new plane of plague(or whatever it's called) when it comes out. It's actually not bad as int/mana masks go either.
It's no drop. Only way you're getting one is to goto ToV ;)

There aren't many face items that aren't part of full suit. Now, if this wasn't NO DROP, I'd wear it in a heartbeat, but since it is and it's unattainable until such a high level that the melee classes would have better.
What I'm saying is, it's not a bad face at all for hybrids (i.e. Pally's or Ranger's in specific). But both should have better by this time (I'm unsure about Rangers)

okay last time i cheaked druids were wis casters and this item only has one good thing for them and thats the mana. so i have no idea what your thinking buddy. >=P

The post you replied to was taking the rip out of the monks who continue to claim that any item in the game is, or should be, made for them.
If you wish to direct your wrath at anyone I suggest it's the idiots who are so egocentric that they can't see the merit things have for others!
And while this is a reasonable mid-range monk item it's also good for any int caster, particularly encs from the number of hits they take.
