Electrum Fire Wedding Ring  

 

Can the fire opal be bought from normal jewelers? I usually use the guys in the PoK, or the guys on the lower floor of Erudin Palace. If neither of these place have it, who could I buy a fire opal from?

Yeah, of COURSE velium jewlery is better /bonk.
And you also have to be WHAT level to not only enchant the bar, but it will cost several times as much, and run you at least 1.5k I'd say for a velium one.. do you even have the feintest idea how much money it takes, just to master ELECTRUM? nope, you sure don't. I sure do, since I am just to the point that I can make anything electrum,a nd I'm working my skill up... guys, this is by far the most expensive skill.. now it takes me 11pp at LEAST, just per attepmt, and many of them fail. :/ I blew like 700pp raising my skill about 20 points or so.. if that. now, to make velium, you have to have mastered it and beyond.. and everythign will cost accordingly. This is GREAT for a monk, or any other tank.. decent hps, and some AC on a ring. whoo yeah. hehe ;)

The gem is 55p from a quest giver in Temple of Solusek Ro. Just give her (can't recall name, but a look at EQMaps' map of Temple of Sol Ro would refresh me) 550g (she won't take platinum) and you get a Fire Opal.

Yes the electrum bar is 2p, 7g.

So to truck my way through Nektolus Forest with 1100g (since I'm not making hte trip for just one Fire Opal) I would probably charge 100-110p for it.

Probably around 100pp as the electrum bar costs around 2pp and the gem around 75-80.

Does anyone know how much this ring goes for?
