LOL.. I love how the availability is posted as "common" when this is probably less common than a Jaundiced Bone Bracer or Heiro cloak!!! This is by far one of the harder pieces to make of the Velious Tailoring (cloaks and Tunics seem to have a MUCH higher fail rate then the other pieces).
So if you factor in just how many tailors on your server are 160+, and of them who is actually making the velious stuff as opposed to simply trying to get skill for Shawl quest, and of THOSE few actually making it, who has had the success with the cloaks... After doing all that math, I would say this Cloak is VERY rare indeed.
I know I made a Tigeraptor Cloak, and as yet have yet to see another one, or even hear of one.
Common as in it can be made, yes, Rare as in the skill and persistance to actually make it, ULTRA rare as in actually seeing one for sale.

Go to www.eqtraders.com, click on the link to the message board and scroll down to the Rathe's server specific forum and place an ad there. That's probably the best way to get it done. *NOTE* These forums are for tradeskill related items only! Anything else gets deleted fast.
