Very common drop in the Frontier Mountains giant fortress. Got 2 in 10 minutes.

Anyone know if this item is still able to be foraged in field of bone? Been trying for the past 2 hours and have yet to get it. Only reason I ask is because of some of the older comments saying they got one every other forage. Thanks.

To anyone it concerns, This item is still foragable in FoB as of 3/14/16

As of last year, it was still forage-able there. Every other attempt, is just a fluke. You're probably at the other end of such a fluke. It seems maybe uncommon at worse. It maybe classified as high skill item, where 100+ forage increases it forage rate, if that even still exists in game, as I've had no problem getting the Rng/Dru 1.0 epic forage items with 50 or less forage at very low levels. It seemed more frequent in FV to me, but that may be due to goblins dropping them; I don't remember for sure, since it's been so long.

Also first try in FoB =)
Off of a froglok vis shaman. Must of been payday for him, he dropped jasper, pearl shard (magician low end research component), and lichenclover. lol
Foraged it first try in Field of Bone. I needed it for the Claw of the Scout quest (beast item in Cabilis).

Iwas soloing in FoB with my 14 Druid and everyother time I foraged I got one of these, I already have a stack. I see ppl here are talking about 45pp each, quick money for a Character this level, especially as my Druid is from the Stromm server. Anyone who's been to that servers bazaar recently will know what I mean.
dyes used in tailoring for different ribbons which eventually are used for the robes at higher trivials and cultural.
i have some of the ribbons for sale alot cheaper than they are to make on the MM server. they dont sell well...guess not many people are making the robes.

well i have an iksar monk the RZ server and i had like at elast 10 stacks of these things and i went to the bazaar and they were selling for 45pp each! so imadently i went in trader mode and i came back the next moring and they were all sold!!!
ive gotten around 15-20 off of giants in FM at the fort, wondered what they were for :)

Drolvarg Growlers have a fairly decent drop rate of Lichenclover!
I went to the Drolvarg Ruins on the east wall of FV for some fun.
Druid friend of mine had never been there, it was relaxing. =)

Just a quick follow up. After killing all over the zone, I found that only the Drolvargs in the ruins (mentioned by Temperance, above, on the east wall) seem to drop the lichenclover.
This item is now used in brewing to make the Racial Robe Dye for high elves.
What is purified water used for?

The Lichenclover, Moss Root, Water Reed, and Sop Bark are used with a purification tablet in a water extracter, and yields 3 purified waters.
Foraged it in Dreadlands. Would Verant really include something in the game that was absolutely, totally, completely ... worthless?

umm, orc scalps aren't worthless, they give freeport and HHK factions from turning them in to the captain on the orc side of high hold pass as well as a little money...good for newbies, buy them for 1 gold from other players, once you get enough make the journey to HHp and turn them in for 2.5gp each...did this a lot with my newbie on the stromm server for fun =)

I foraged a lot of these in Field of Bone, i say If you want one go to FOB and it shouldnt take you long to forage one.

I foraged one in FV just the other day. Others say they found it in field of bone. No idea as to what usage its good for. Maybe shaman potions? Will post if i find more out about it.
