The party machine near the Nexus stone in PoK occasionally tosses out party boxes (small chests). I looted one (I forget, might've had to /open it) and found one of these Champagne and also a Mist of the Ant. (Need to decide when to spring *that* one on an unsuspecting group!)

So does anyone know what this is good for? It's tagged as tradeskill, but that just means it gets combined in a container; is there a quest that calls for this?
