You can also loot Tares Lichen from the Goblin Miner that comes to Eichvul's rescue besides the Goblin Lackey. When doing the Rogue Toxicologist Test, I needed Tares Lichen for the poison, however Permafrost was under a high level makeover. I would repeatedly aggro and drop aggro against to Eichvul to trigger the lackey goblin to kill and loot. As it turns out, the miner responded also dropped the Tares Lichen
I've been holding on to a handful of these Tares Lichen for several years and they're just taking up bag space. I know it's used in the Amnesic Lolium poison for Rogues, but it clearly states it's a "quest" item as well. Anyone know what quest it's supposed to be used for?

The Amnesic Lolium is used in a quest. Perhaps some SOE developer got overzealous in tagging this item since it's an ingredient.

Drops off of both the ice goblin diviners and mendicants
Also confirm these drop off any regular Ice Goblin in Permafrost.
While others appreciate information like "can drop from any {mob} in {zone}," we actually need specific names to add this as one of their drops. Besides, maybe there's one goblin in the zone that doesn't drop it...
This also drops randomly (common) off regular Ice Goblins. I just killed 5 and got 3 Lichens.
