In case anyone was wondering this is automatically given to the character that gets the creator mission. It also sometimes drops from the three defunct sentries you kill during the creator mission. It is used to identify the energy crystal that the Furious Sentry drops. the Creator (final mission boss) spawns as soon as you identify the crystal.
