We got the same belt off of Tactician Inuverae last night. He was in the tree city, and pathing is nothing but wreched trying to get him down. But we did get him solo. Max hit 2100+, partially slowable. Not a ton of HP's, but bring healers. Also rampages, which is brutal hitting that high. So make sure your healers are ready and have lots of mana.

There are 2 ways to get this. One is to kill the captain yourself. The other is to train the orcs to the elves and let them kill each other. As the Captain goes down, start hitting him with damage. As long as you do enough damage you can loot the corpse, even though the orcs did most the damage. I suggest killing him yourself, since training the orcs will kill other players in the zone. Got this and my book. Yay for me. Hope this helps
wow this is a ver nice melee item more on a ranger's side but great for a warrior to i'm so getting one..

If you want to be on good faction with the elves in faydwer, kill orcs in CB
no no i have already done that i've got max faction killing orcs... it's not the gaurds i'm KoS with.
it's the war people that are out there and i wanna know how to make it so i'm good with them so when they are camping the pok books during the war i can get in without dying.

From what I have seen, killing the orcs plenty of times raises faction. I am a wood elves serving Bristlebane and I was apprehensive to guards, but after the course of the time killing orcs, I went up to indifferent. Also, I think I saw the orcs on the Dark Reign faction, the evil-side DoN guards. I could be wrong.
