Shoot I bought a Fold able Reinforced one in the bazaar this morning no token and its a 10 slot summoned one no trade lore. This things Cool!!!!!!!

I have found 6 types of medicine bags, they are as follows
medicine bag-vendor sold, 8 large slots
reinforced medicine bag-player crafted, weight red. 10%, 10 giant slots
folded medicine bag-player crafted, lore, 0 slots,which u may store in a bag, and which by r-clicking creates a summoned- foldable medicine bag, which is a lore, no trade, 8 large slots

the medicine bag and reinforced medicine bag can be sold at bazaar by exchanging for tokens and placing token in trader satchel

the foldable med bag and reinforced foldable med bag cannot be sold or traded

first off, they arent tradeable so you cant sell in bazaar, (thats why the guy wouldnt give you the toaken non of the foldable stuff is tradeable unless its the item that summons the bags them sellves) its also lore just to add some info.
This functions just as a normal med bag, only diff is the name and the size of the slots. reason for haveing it is to get the bag when you need it and not have to perchase the bags over and over.
this isnt a bearskin potion bag, this is for the makeing of potions not the combineing of doses to make multi dose versions (which are outdated now any ways)

this is not a folded bearskin potion bag, they are two different items, also this now holds 10 giant instead of 10 small

Found it in bazaar today 65pp, it was a "Folded Bearskin Potion bag" with an effect that unfolds it, or summons an unfolded one
Can this be used for regular alchemy combines or just combining 10 or 5 potions into a 5/10 dose?

Can these be sold in Bazaar? I made up my first ones last night but I can't get the bag token NPC to give me a token for one of these. I can't put one of these in a trader bag and I can't get a token so it seems like they can't be sold in Bazaar.
Does the Silk Cord have to be made with the spiderling silks from Everfrost or will any cord do?

Spiderling silks. 3 silk threads will make a silk cord, 3 SHADE silk threads will make a SHADE silk cord, other than that I don't know of any other silk that can make cords.

This is for shamans ,put five or 10 singel shot potions (such as BoW) to make a 10 shot potion, for those who didnt know how to make a ten shot SoW potion , now u do
tried combining the store potions in this and had no success so if you want to buy it for that purpose dont.... and for storage just get a few tailoring kits 10 slots and lighter than a backpack and it fits GIANT things like mammoth tusks in it
Good luck finding 10slot sewing kits. They no longer exist in the wild. And those who have them guard them with their lives (or wallets)

Can this bag be used to combine the store bought potions that Shaman can NOT make? For example, can you put 10 cloudy potions in it and get a 10 charge invis potion?

All classes are able to combine your potions if you got any 1 charge ones of course. Remember that its not worthy to buy this bag to combine just potions, from a Shaman where they already are combined by her. In other words its useless to own this bags as a non-shaman character. If you got any give them to Alchemy interested Shamans.

Maybe I misread my documentation, but you appear
to need an alchemy skill of some decent level in order to combine these. I'd hate to waste 10 wolfblood potions finding out the hard way *heehee*

It is not worthless completely to a non-Shaman character. This bag weighs less and costs less than a 10 slot backpack although you don't get 10% weight reduction. However, since it can carry only small items that don't weigh much, I use it to carry my tradeskill jewelery and other small loot.
10 slot containers will always have a use in my opinion. I used to have a 10 slot Tax Collection box that I got in Qeynos until I made one of these potion bags to supplement my tailored backpacks.

Zuma has a point, for those who cary around small and lightweight gems, scrolls, pages, words, food, water and other small items this bag is ideal. Why waste a perfectly good 100pp 10slot BP when you could just tailor up an (otherwise useless) Grizzly skin and make a bag. If you get in a bind, you would even fit some armor peices in there and free up some space in your other bags for other (Larger) items.

You need a Grizzly Bear Skin and a Silk Cord. Trivial level for combine is 68.
Silk cord is made by combining 3 Silk Threads.
Trivial level for combine is 31 (or about).

and a grizzly bear skin.
Tailoring Recipe:
1) Combine 2 Spiderling Silks in a Sewing Kit to produce a Silk Thread.
2) Repeat step one until you have 3 Silk Threads.
3) Combine 3 Silk Threads in a Sewing Kit to produce a Silk Cord.
4) Combine 1 Silk Cord and 1 Grizzly Bear SKIN in a Sewing Kit to produce a Bearskin Potion Bag.

Now yeah. I think when he posted that, he was correct. I think the "thick" grizzly bear skin is a newer item and replaced the "grizzly bear skin". Then newer grizzly bear skin is used for something else.

This container makes for great storage of reagants, food, water, etc.. I carry 2 on me for just this reason.

Boy am I a sucker. Before seeing any prices posted I thought around 70pp seemed reasonablr based on the packs.
Ended up not bothering to make them except as givaways or for myself as sm & med storage containers. Best price I've ever seen offered was 10pp. However now I've read this U needn't ask to buy em from me for resale. :) Oh yes , my packs have been going for 50pp as well.

I have found the desire for these to be small. I make them and sell them for 35pp as a hard sell. Handmade backpacks sell for 100pp all day long with no problem and I am usually back ordered on them. I see people trying to sell these for 100pp all the time and I say if you can get it good, seeing as how the Grizz skins are not to rare at venders for a few gold and cord is a few spiderlings away it is not a bad profit either way.

I make these as well and I usually carry one with me as well as supplies for two more. I can get 75pp occasionally, you just have to catch a high level shaman in zone. The people who can make potions will generally have the cash and not ask twice.
One day I sold four in the Lake of Ill Omen, so it sometimes pays to go to the higher level zones to sell them.
