Did this just for fun, but it dropped of a Crusader. Facing Cazic Thule, on the right temple.

Confirmed drop 3/2/14 off of "a Tae Ew Spiritualist." Loc -161, 527 (the 3 spawn with Radiant, north pointy part). Time camping was roughly 20 hours over several days. So, it does still drop for all you guys (like me) who are coming here wondering if you're killing the right things.

been hunting for this for few days now must of killed 1000 lizards or better.
Still no drop but i got all the others so far they was alot easier to obtain.
I'm wondering if this still drops cause i've not seen it yet or is extremely rare item?

More like non-existent!! I have been trying to get this drop for my SK off and on for about 3 weeks total. Does this thing even drop anymore?

i concur a week now still nothing
22 hours now waiting on drop killing this guy... recommend calling this rare
