my lvl 45 friend gave this to me for fre i never knew it cost 1k

Level is definately wrong. First of all mob you gotta kill is lvl 40+. Second of all he spawns in an area filled with caster burinays that are 35+ and they spawn very rapidly. I had to get a guildraid to get these boots. But the boots are worth it. They are some of the best you can get as an iksar warrior.

You don't need a guild raid to do this. The easiest way to get him and it only takes a couple seconds is to have a shaman go invis and run inside and target him. Then have the shaman get up on top of the hill and cast a spell at him. The Snoarf will run out by himself. Whip his butt while the shaman heals you and thats all there is to it.
