A plain straight stick with a skull stuck on the end. It is pretty ugly in my opinion. There are other items with this graphic. Given the difficulty of getting this baby, I would have hoped for a better appearance.

This is a very nice necro only weapon though. Until you get the epic, this might be very useful. For groups, this would be great, but you probably would never get to see the proc. For soloing, I'll stick with my Crystal Webshield and Obsidian Shard (until I get a better weapon) for the AC and HP that helps save my butt when fear is resisted or breaks. But then again, I'm not high enough level to get into PoA and get this yet. So, I guess I should stop reading the message boards and go play.

proc, only hard part of quest is the staff, kinda rare

Proc. Under type you can tell how to use effect.
Random= proc
Trigger= Right click
Random= proc
