lol actually that reminds me of something i did once...i once gave a ikky bp(yeah i know u think im crazym but u do crazy things when you're bored) to a greenblood in BBM and it started killin newbies...until a guard tried and kill it and i went OH NO! and i killed it and did the same thing for an hour...good times...

some guy showed me a whole bag full of great high level weapons and said i could pick one and i picked axe of the iron back. does this have a damge cap and also is it the fastest 2hs weapon for sk's because im tranfering this along with a gnoll hide lariat and a BABS to my main lv19 iksar sk in swamp of no hope and i really need to get my 2hs skill up because my 1hs is 100 and my 2hs is about 14 i think. would it be safe for a lv6 dwarf running from friona ve to swamp of no hope with these weapons on him with sow and invis. because i want to do this myself, ill get a bind at friona

I just got this off an aviak egret in SK. First time I've even seen any weapon better than bronze on an aviak.

as far as i know, the damage cap doesn't cap the amount of damage you do to the monster, it caps the damage on the weapon itself, keeping it at 14.

if you're going to twink out a toon with a new weapon, make sure the damage isn't over 14, or you'll be wasting that extra damage. a weighted battle axe (45/150) would be 14/150, making it quite possibly the worst weapon in the game. keep it at 14 until after 20, or close to it. i put this on a friend's shadowknight, and it's working rather well. after 20, he will be dropping it for a better weapon, obviously.

i THINK that's how damage cap works, don't get all pissy if that's not right, like most of you have a habit of doing.

This is a good weapon for up to level 20, but after that it is not worth it. Get a Runic Carver (2 more damage) Blade of Xalgos (Better dps) or a Drakkel Forged ******* Sword (also better dps). Basically,you want a weapon with better damage (no damage cap after level 20) or better delay (to interrupt casters).

A kind guy on Karana just gave me one of them (I'm 5th level at that time) while all I asked for was a rusty weapon to be able to get my body rotting near an orc village in Greater Feydark. I insisted on giving it back to him when I meet him again, but the guy would ignore me... So I guess I'll have to keep it and practice that 2HS skill ;)
I'm not used to seeing a frail wood elven ranger waving such a huge weapon yet, but I'm sure I soon will.

If you allow me to give my newbie's two cents, here it is: never ever beg, higher level players hate that and you might also end up beeing killed by merchants doing so; always be polite and kindly ask them for whatever you need, you'll certainly be surprised to see how many will actually help you ! Ok, my 2copper... his is a great axe for most classes to use below 20. It has a decent Damage and fast enough delay to make it worthwhile. Problem comes when the damage cap lifts at 20 and you can get more mileage out of other types of 2hs.

Sides, now that EVERYONE has one, I prefer my drakkel forged ******* Sword.

I had one should I say but well you can't refuse 300pp on this now can you even better when you buy it for 50pp

Just a quick question, I picked up a blackened iron ******* sword 2HS, 2.35 ratio so a bit worse than this axe. Its average price is 135pp and is not a lightsource. Why is the BIBS worth more than this weapon, is it because this axe puts so much strain on the stamina of the user?
