Well, I was trying to get one of these to complete the halloween quest (without doing the shoud down version). I killed Elite Kyvs for about 4 hours the first time and didn't have any luck and time ran out. Came back the next day and spent another 2.5 hours killing them, again without any luck. Disregarded what mob list here on alla and tried killing discordlings. Spent 3 hours killing them and again had no luck. All in all spent about 10 hours trying to get this bone without any luck. /rude SOE
Also dropped off a discordling in Anguish.

Wrong answer.. not vendor junk.. part of a quest out of Kithicor.. The Bone Collector... down by the lake.

It is a part of the Halloween quest event.
The quest is scaled to your groups average level.
You need 3 people within a certain level range to start the quest.
-Collect 1 Splintered Discordling Bone (Wall of Slaughter)
-Collect 4 Bone Chips (Plane of Nightmare)(from a vexed banshee)
-Collect 1 dragon skull fragments from Dragon Necropolis and return it to kithicor. (they are a group spawn in the Chetari caves, they appear as a yellow glow, like the soulstone shards for pally epic)
-Deliver 1 Splintered Discordlin Bone
-Deliver 4 Bone Chips

-Wait for <NPC> to construct the bones.
-Destroy the Bone Construct
a Bone Construct hits for 1k, hits fast, immune to runspeed changes and appears to be a belly caster, has very little hp, and drops the attuneable reward that you get for the quest.

hmm any ideas what its for -or who to give it to??
I got many of these off the discordlings in WoS.. no idea what its for tho.
I think SoE put it in to make Beserker's jealous they can't use it.
