Know this is many years later, but figured it'd be useful for anyone looking at the page and wondering the same thing. What happens when you make the above recipe is it makes one of each. That's why they all share the same recipe.
TL;DR 1 wing + 1 shaft + 1 firewater = 4 Fireworks.
