Posted:Nov 13 2003 at 5:56 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Vengeance is not a skill mod and therefore not subject to a cap of 250. Attack is not a skill and does not have a cap. The bonus is to attack rating and caps just like flowing thought. (ie max is 15 vengeance.)
is there a logical reason why the proced avatar (i think you are speaking of the sleeper's tomb weapons) count toward the "worn atk" ?
I knew from the cap of 50 worn VG (doesn't matter if it's vengance or the aten neck or aura of xxx). Aura, VG and such things is ok for, cause all are worn effects, but a proc that adds a buff in your buffslots should count also at worn effect is confusig me :)
Would be like that, that KEI just stack until 15 regen with FT :)
