Ok, check this to make sure.... but when I remove this bag or even pick it up with my mouse, my hp go up 10 and some of my resists go up 5.... does this little bag have a secret it's not telling?

This is most likely due to a couple of things. It depends on what you have in the bag. You might have some food items in there that increase your stats and when equip or unequip the bag it will affect your stats. Secondly you might have a ton of stuff in the bag that affects your encumberence and when you unequip it you become encumbered/unecumbered. This would directly affect your HP and resists since it affects your stamina if are weighed down.
I would recommend checking what is inside the bag. I have one and it does not affect my stats or hitpoints.

close.. but encumbrance doesnt effect resists at all

I was camped at the library for an hour or so and i believe two or three fell. One out of two spectral guardians have it from my experience. Might just be my server, Nameless.

Just got done checking out the church. On the way down and back up (1 hr max) three of these dropped. got one for each party member. :-) So we either got very lucky or the drop rate changed.

I was in the church area last night witha full group and in 4 hours we only saw one of these. Perhaps the drop rate has changed.
It is a pretty nice replacement for a backpack but I was disappointed by the size of it. Can only hold medium.
Still 25% wt reduction is a lot better than none. And since this only weights 0.4 stone it is a pretty handy item.

Just was fighting there last night, and had 2 of these drop off maybe 8 that were killed, so not so uncommon. And mine said it was 30 percent reducer when I checked it, will recheck again to make sure when next online.
We let at least 20 rot in 4 hours. Plus 5 group members got one.

I had the surprise to find one of these Dusty Ransackers Pack on saleat a vendor outside Cab but not FoB side but LoIO.
I am level 30 necro iksar and I thought 45 PP was affordable.
Was just to tell the shop price: yes I was lucky.

I too found this in the shop. I found it at the vendor at the rings in lava. 45pp did sound like a great price heheh. I always make it a point to check out the vendors at the rings and in the areas around banks for cool stuff from faraway lands when I am in the area ;-) Can turn up some pretty cool stuff.
These dropped like mad while we waiting on Xalgoz to pop for the Charsis key. I think over 5 rotted while we waited. Definately not a rare drop on em.

I have 2 wt reducing packs right now so sorry if I got them confused but the Ransacker Pack is 25% wt reduction, 8 slots, and holds up to Medium items. Also, if it wasn't always rare it is now. Over a period of 2 days my guild killed at least 20 of these, mostly in and near the Library, and saw maybe 1 pack drop. Just for perspective, over the same period we had 6 Spirit Tomes drop, 2 Spears of Mortification, 2 of the very rare Strathbone Shell Shields, and some other stuff as well.

I put a wraith bone hammer in mine when it dropped just to test the reduction. So I think it holds items larger than small
