umm, it does stack. Burning affliction adds damage to each tick and GoD AA is just a small percentage tick it will crit. I have had my dots (Shaman: Bane) crit for over 1000 that normally do 420 unfocused. If your really looking to power your dots (or slows), get the extended torment augment in MM. It acts alot like how burning infliction used to when it was called extended affliction.
OK, this item has a grafic like a Blackblade of the Rain... but can i put it in my off hand as a druid... that would look cool dual wielding two swords as a druid... I'm a vain little halfling...
Strange, I have seen Sk weapon cast a greater heal on him while wearing a Foci. this is a true storie.. may have been other factors.. but he did have a Foci on and it was only suppoes to heal for 200 but was in the 260 range

I was asking, not ********* But, obviously you on the other hand, are on the defensive, so go cry somewhere else! There's no whining allowed from this post any longer. Now who needs to STFU?
Sorry for a seemingly n00b question, but I'm a 53 Shaman on Vazelle server and I'm aspiring to obtain my epic the Spear Of Fate, and was wondering whether or not this item's Burning Affliction IV effect would increase the DoT damage done by the clicky on the spear. Can anyone tell me?
In answer... no it doesnt affect the proc off our epic weapon... most likely due to the way the damage off our weapon takes effect and I believe that the proc doesn't have a proscribed level either, so it'd fail on that count as well. Either way it doesnt matter why. Being an epic'ed shaman I can tell you it doesn't make any difference.
Burning affliction DOES increase the damage done by right click items as long as they meet the same requirements as spells that are affected(casting time requirement, etc.) I have used burning affliction items with right click dots and it does add damage as well as report that the item is shimmering. I have been told by many shaman about the JBB effect not working with improved damage but I know the affliction line does.
This doesnt directly answer you question, but I was thinking on the same line as you and bought an Improved Damage IV item to help with my Jaundiced DD bracer. Although the right click effect was a 263 DD cold based spell (Aquired this spell at lvl 34) it didnt seem to be affected by my ID IV item.
IT WILL affect spells u cam cast. Ie elder spiritists vambracers ( drones of doom ) which is a spell a druid can cast. But it will NOT effect the druid epic dot causethat is a spell we cannot cast. So basically if it is a spell you can mem and it's on a clicky it'll work. If it's a spell that you cannot mem then it will not proc.
As for a monk's weapon proc, this would not help out at all. Having tried weapon proc's with focus effects, one thing remains constant amongst all classes. If the weapon proc's a spell that you have already scribed in your spell book, then yes it will make use of the focus effects. If its a spell thats either higher than your lvl for your class, or a spell of a different class then there will be no focus effects modifying your proc.
Then why does my tap proc heal more with an IH focus for my cleric? Ie. I do 75 dmg and heal 78 to my cleric when I proc with my soulstripper who has an IH1 item.
Because you are a cleric. Clerics get an INHERENT 5% bonus to all heals. You may not have ever noticed, but every heal spell you cast, healed for 5% more than the same spell cast by a druid or shaman, or any hybrid with heals.
