wtf is Screech?
It's there as a stacking blocker. There are 4 "form of X" effects from potime, the intent was that you would need to pick and choose between the 4 effects, even if you had all 4 items.

I noticed that this item comes with a clickable illusion/hp regen. Anyone know if there are any other (read: not completely impossible to get, unless you are in the uber-guild of doom) All/All items out there that offer illusions? I've seen plenty of class specific ones, but none say that a Pally such as myself could use.

Illusionist stone with five charges of illusion tree... off Dimshimmer (level 15) in Lfay
Amulet of necropotence which may appear pure caster only but is clickable from inventory (illusion skeleton)... drops off Cazic thule or Dread in Plane of Fear.
There is a quest to get a helm that has wood elf illusion on it... involving mastodon fur cloak and a reet froglok crown... quest is based on Guk faction (look up crown of deceit)
there used to be a ball of golem clay that had 1 charge of illusion earth elemental that dropped in CT but now it drops in the plane of earth
