In the Plane of Time: For event information, see this quest entry. Cazic drops three items from his loot table.
In House of Thule, Upper Floors: Cazic Thule is in a deep sleep, unattackable.
In Fear Itself (group mission): Spawns as part of the task "An Offering to Thule".
In Fear Itself (raid): Cazic is the main encounter in the "Cazic's Final Stand" raid event (see this quest entry for event and loot information).

Wish they'd update old god models.. All the darn bats and rats they can make look better, but good ol' Cazik looks like a pool of polygons. >_>
Just out of curiosity, are iksars by default still non-KOS to Cazic, even in PoT? If you were an iksar and hadn't done much hunting in PoF, you could walk right up and hail him. Wondering if that holds true for PoT Cazic.

So why does PoF CT like Iksar, but PoT doesn't?
Because the Gods are NOT happy that mortals are in "their" plane. From their dialogue during part of the Time event:
[Thu Mar 10 20:52:34 2005] Solusek Ro says, 'This is absurd, why are we wasting our time and energy on this?! Direct action is needed, now! Banishing Zebuxoruk will not stop the mortals from entering into our planes. Their greed for power will have them soon trampling through our realms!'
[Thu Mar 10 20:52:36 2005] Rallos Zek says, 'On this I agree! We must take action and the time is now. I will not have these mortals achieving the powers that we hold.'

This guy looks alot cooler close up and in person...and he's huge. Pretty gimpy guy though, probably the easiest god.
He's got some mean AEs an' teh fear he procs on teh MA is a pain in teh ***. Bu' really not a hard fight.

I'm actually a big fan of Cazic's look. I belive him to be one of the cooler looking mobs*gods* even up till now.
he might have the same old model, but hes 100 times harder then the fear cazic.
