After guild cleared Time 7 times this finaly droped. In a progression guild starting work on GoD is a nice upgrade for me! Max crit with all crit aa is 944 normal max for me is in low 400s. Dmg bonus is 43 for a 70 monk. It only downfall is proc is resisted by mobs over 68. Upgraded my Caen's rarely saw resists on life tap so not usto all the red text lol.

One minor change to this is that it is now 54/30. All other stats are the same. Maximum hit for me non-crit is 361 (305 str, max Veng). Critical hits are 597. The process I have seen work on most mobs. The stun portion I have seen resisted only by mini-bosses and POP gods. It seems to process fairly often, atleast 2 times a fight. It is a nice weapon.
For the folks mentioning the Bo SoT, it no longer drops from Cazic. It used to, and rather than redoing all the stats on the old one, they just made a new drop. They've done this in the past with monk weapons, ie: Itraer Vius' drops in Akheva.

another minor change i've noticed that the delay was changed. from 30dly to 28dly, can you believe that??
the 28 dly has been put on bo staff of transcecdence and damage was put on the staff of transcenddence

for sum weird reason, the Bo staff and this staff DO seem to exist on http://lucy.allakhazam.com/itemlist.html?searchtext=transcendence , with Bo staff of transcendence being the 52dmg 28dly weapon and the Staff of transcendce being the 54dmg 30dly weapon. Both drop from Time Cazic Thule.

This is a pretty sweet wpn to say the least I guess i read that War get ingenuity a new PoP AA point i think to make Critical blasts. I was curious if monks get ingenuity too and if so whats the biggest crits anyone has gotten with this sucka. Yes, monks get it, same effect as other melee have. I1=+33%, I2=+50%, I3=+100% thus crit blast on this = 400dmg max.

No he means % of damage.
Beastlords get the same AA, this would crit for a max of 400 on the proc, the melee damage would probably crit over 600+ i assume.

hmmm. This item is listed as common. Oh I see its common cause it drops off a raid incounter in the Plane of Time, Of course the Plane of Time is the hardest plane to get too...

common my ***** had one of these drop and then 5 raids later it finally droped again, long wait but hey, i love it =P

The bo staff of transcendence never dropped...it was dug up by "fishing" for links. SoE nerfed the "fishing" so it couldn't be done anymore. In any event, this is the revised version of the Bo Staff of Transcendence...and this actually drops =/
