Hey i found this thing in EverFrost on the way to the Ice Giant camp I ran into like 6 of these skeletons and killed them conning blue to me at lvl.15 so you don't have to be lvl.20 to get it and its found in EverForst just thought i would say something...

I just killed one of these guys like 10 minutes ago and got one of these. So, lesser ice bones obviously aren't the onlt things burynai stuff drops off of.

Actually, this, and all other burynai hide items, are random drops off of anything in Kurn's Tower. Once I got a burynai hide bracelet of a scalebone skeleton! Absolutely any mob in Kurn's Tower has the possibility of dropping a burynai hide item, sometimes even the burynais in the basement.

I have spent quite some time in Kurn's being an Iksar Monk. I have had 2 Masks drop, 1 Cape, and 1 Tunic drop. I got the Cape from a Fingered Skeleton, the Tunic and 1 Mask from Thick Boned Skeletons in the basement, and the other Mask From a Greater Scalebone on the main floor. I only need 2 more of the silly fingers for my shackle of rock...

I can have seen this item drop Every time I have killed the Fingered Skeleton that spawns near the cook

I have noticed that when I have seen a Thick Boned or a Fingered Skeleton spawn they have been in place of the Undead Jester (killed him once, only had FS 2 hander =\ ) and the Skeleton Cook. It appears that you could also call them rare spawns like the Cook, Jester, Bargynn, and the Forager...

LoL, this drops off burynai and may occasoinally drop off skeles.
