Item currently has a tag it can be used in tradeskills, but there doesn't seem to be a known recipe it is used in. Possibly just has the tradeskill tag so it will go into tradeskill bags?

Yeah, you'll find most (all?) of the equipment that has a Tradeskill % mod on it has the "Can be used in tradeskills" flag, I suspect for the very reason you mentioned.

Reguardless of whether you are an int or wis caster which ever stat is the highest is the one that helps you gain skill in tradeskills. So if you have a bunch of wisdom crap moreso than your int crap you should slap it on for tinkering.

Frizznik is without a question the nicest developer I've ever met on my time on test, and I've met a few.
This robe is very fitting and its nice that he has something named after him! :)

Bah, I remember when he was an Iksar too. He was a very good GM on Lanys though, until too many people said nice things about him and they gave him a promotion :P
Yeah, Frizz was the shiz. He was always so eager to help, on Lanys.
