How come ogres and trolls and dark elves can use it if it's paladin-only? This is kunark so it's not a leftover from when all races could be all classes.

Definately only drops from the Skel Warloard.....Pulled him twice, had two pairs drop (two different camp times).

Not sure if that means they are common or i am just "lucky" to have around :)

All Kunark class armor effects can be triggered at level 45 by their respective classes.

Does anyone know where this drops? I'm only a few levels away from KC, and i'd like to aquire them myself instead of outright buying them.

Yesterday i looted off of the skeletal warlord and won lotto, dont know location cause puller pulled to left corner, but u got who drops em now
