All this complaining for an item that has nice stats and is dropable. Is the Belt of the Storm Giant dropable? No. Is there a reason for that. Probably. Dropable items from the PoP are just not a nice as the no drop stuff. Not a big supprise.

Seems a little underpowered in comparison to other HoH items with the options available to a caster at this level, personally i would go after a bracelet of comprehension (12ac 15int 6 resist all) from the umbral plains. drops off of the fire and water pets who are far far easier than even the yard trash mobs in Halls of Honor. On the positive side it does have hp/mana on it which is usually more important to casters who are 60+ as they tend to have their INT maxed already
All in all, i wouldn't call it a bad item, and it is droppable/sellable, but just not up to par with the zone it comes from IMO

Those 15 INT bracers drop from Tawro and Radir in Umbral Plains and they are hardly easy kills. They are level 60 mobs with 100,000+ HP's. They require a full group of 60's to even get to, while I see wizards and druids soloing the temple in HoH all the time. I've personally killed HoH mobs with as few as 3 in a group.

Agreed. Getting this off Laef is just stupid. Compared to the rest of his loot, this is the booby prize.
