Game Update Notes: February 21, 2018:
I just did this for another of my toons on Quellious. I noticed that the key does not become soulbound. I hope I didn't destroy the one in my bank from my first wizard.

This is GM Iexga. I understand that you turned in Crystalline Spider's Heart, Planarian Larvae's Heart, and Razorfiend's Heart to 'Paralin Notion', and when you hailed 'Master Sergeant Aaramis Daryln' for the next dialogue, he will not respond back. I am sorry and apologize for the inconvenience caused. I investigated the issue by copying your character to my account and went ahead and hailed 'Master Sergeant Aaramis Daryln', and I noticed that he was acting as you mention (not willing to respond). However, I deliver the entire dialogue (glass lair--> What about Aerin'dar-->What company-->What mission-->) and after that he direct me to go and speak with 'Captain Ryglot Cupperhide' which I did and turned in the 3 A piece of the crystalline globe and got the key (A Crystalline Globe). I suggest that you go ahead and do the same thing as I believe you will be able to complete the step.
This worked. After simply going through the text as if he'd responded, I got to "What mission?" and got both the ignored text AND the correct text, after which Capt Cupperhide" responded correctly.
A SOE GM that does research, AND comes up with a CORRECT answer. OMFG! YAY!

I didn't have any problems with the turn ins. I can confirm you can wait awhile and go back with the globe pieces later. Anyone know if this keyrings? I'd hate to have to lug this thing around in my bank especially when I hardly see this guy getting raided anymore.
the skeletons come in multiples, which makes it hard to accomplish, they hit very hard (ran oom trying to keep pet healed against 2 of em) ... if not for a summoned Lava orb, i would not have gotten the last piece.
Can also attest the the fact that it appears to be bugged, i had to collect the hearts twice

The quest for they key maybe bugged after you have received the Aerin'dar flag for HoH access. If you do not get the text as shown above do not turn in the hearts.
You need basically six things: 3 Hearts (Larvae, Spider, Razor... all easy to get), 3 pieces of a crystalline globe. 1 Piece is from the wasteland area, 1 piece is from frogs along the shore, and the last piece is from skeletons. I was camped the skeletons near the Razor caves for about 8 hours (3 static + 2 - 3 roamers) and not one piece dropped. So I decided to try the undead camp further up the shore (just 3 statics, I think) and the 1st skeleton I killed dropp the piece.
