Int also has little to no effect on wizard spells either.... by int caster he meant that his manapool is based off of his int not that it made his songs better....

Wt is kinda to much but hey my monk is at 17 hes got a few more pounds to go till he is maxed wt. Anyways Who may drop this, I got flaged for PoS and PoV 2 weeks ago so maybe if I find out who drops this I can start a PoS group and see how meney my group could get :).

Yes, I agree. It is amazing for a bard though, because it's not that easy to find items with great INT that are bard-wearable. I am pretty sure that Verant forgot bards are INT casters.
He's talking about the bard mana pool. With the change to make our mid level charm song suck 60 mana per cast and the advent of the level 64 charm that sucks 90 per cast a larger mana pool is very useful. Oh, and don't forget that nice new aa skill Fading Memories, which uses 900 mana per pop.
