This is suddenly being listed as dropping from 1.5 chests... it should be listing to drop from the PoStorm encounters that it actually comes from.

Int also has little to no effect on wizard spells either.... by int caster he meant that his manapool is based off of his int not that it made his songs better....
#REDACTED, Posted: Nov 25 2002 at 1:23 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Well this looks like a good ring to have on my monk. Wt is kinda to much but hey my monk is at 17 hes got a few more pounds to go till he is maxed wt. Anyways Who may drop this, I got flaged for PoS and PoV 2 weeks ago so maybe if I find out who drops this I can start a PoS group and see how meney my group could get :).

Used to drop from Koka'Vor in Plane of Storms. It was recently moved (possibly to Ston'Ruak) or removed completely.

It dropped for us last night off of Jeplak.
#REDACTED, Posted: Nov 13 2002 at 6:19 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I was just curiouse what kind of effects might be possible for the later tiers of PoP. as it seems if effects got any better it might way unbalance classes, but perhaps instead of effects being "effective" on the individual wearing em perhaps they could work on a whole group, anyone think that would unblance things?
#REDACTED, Posted: Nov 12 2002 at 10:53 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I can see this going the damage dealers foremost(Rng/Rog/Monk/Bst) because of the effect of Vengeance.

Your right I wouldnt sacrafice my 1 9th coldain ring. But for my other finger this would be great. This is good for ANY of the classes listed.

Yes, I agree. It is amazing for a bard though, because it's not that easy to find items with great INT that are bard-wearable. I am pretty sure that Verant forgot bards are INT casters.
#REDACTED, Posted: Dec 19 2002 at 10:29 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Int has little to no effect on bard songs afaik, they use cha/dex.

He's talking about the bard mana pool. With the change to make our mid level charm song suck 60 mana per cast and the advent of the level 64 charm that sucks 90 per cast a larger mana pool is very useful. Oh, and don't forget that nice new aa skill Fading Memories, which uses 900 mana per pop.
