U dont need a loom to craft the armor. Just pick up a sewing kit froma tailormerchant.

I cant find any wisps in gfay, do i have to go all the way to qeynos hills to get one?
I was just thinking how my 48 druid has boots with + 0 wis lol [ Kobold hide boots]

where can i find a loom in Kelethin? i have never even heard of it

Now this is just my observation, but I've noticed looms in many towns when I've done my travelings. The problem was when I tried to click on it to open it, it wouldn't open. Well the other day I found out (on accident acctually) that you have to click on the wooden border for the loom to open.

To find a Loom...
From Kethelin ORC LIFT
Go straight then take a quick right and then another right going UP and there is the LOOM. Good Luck....
