U have to be lvl 45 for this weapon to proc. Add LDON aug Vampire Kiss or Talon, and Black Acryila weaps would be absolutely nasty...

Well, I can make this, HOWEVER, I'm probably not on your server, which you don't even mention.

You'd have better luck looking in your server's bazaar, or finding out what channel tradeskillers use on your server, and asking there.
