I killed a total of 163 mobs at the beach and finally a turtle dropped it.
I guess it is not that common.

Indeed, I set the rarity to Rare for this item and Luclin's Spy, another rare zonewide drop for the same collection.

Expect a 1% drop rate according to Magelo.

I just got one from a dutiful researcher in the same area and mobs that drop collects for The Magic of Science achievement. Might as well do both collects at the same time. Took me a couple of days of swarming all the mobs to get one.

For sure this one is NOT common!! Think i used 4 days trying to get it, and while i was afk a friend was there trying to get it for me. Offering 200k in general chat, but no luck.
