Have cultural restrictions changed?
When are they active on progression servers? (no era assigned in the database here, and don't look like original classic kind of stats?)

I make these on Morell-Thule server. i sell them for 225pp. Look for Wanlayen, Meeffo or Ravarg.
Wanlayen makes them. Meeffo and Ravarg are Druids who sell them and can deliver if neccesary. Contact either of us if your interested.
