I didnt know what it was but i thought id just get it anyways. i was the first to poke him and i got it. later i asked for a PC and someone sent me a tell saying it isnt worth selling well im still gonna try to sell it

if you can get woe you can sell it to a shaman working on his epic these 2 daggers are part of the test of wisdom portion of the quest along with mar's promise a shirld aslo dropped in rathe mnts

There was a change made to this item becuase of me, I think. I contacted a GM and asked about this "shield/dagger" and basicly its a parrying dagger because it is a dagger but has AC therefore making it a shield. So I questioned about why you werent able to bash with it. After the talk with the GM he said he would look into it. The patch the following day included it being changed to a parrying dagger and being able to bash with it.
How come you need to be level 35 for this and level 32 for woe?
