What skill is used to make this? What items do you need to make it?
Wouldn't it be nice if there was some sort of info on craafted items, like where to find the process to make it skill used and recipie?

Using my uber powers of deduction I have figured out that, amazingly enough, this is made by tailors. How?
Well....its made from a hide....Most hides aren't metal (ruling out Blacksmithing), most jewelery isn't made out of animal parts (ruling out Jewel Craft), most Tinkered items have some effect or another and have bizarre names (ruling out Tinkering), its not poison (ruling out poison making), its not a potion (ruling out potion making), it isn't a bow or arrow (ruling out Fletching), its not food (ruling out Baking), its not drink (ruling out Brewing).
Have I left anything out? Hope not.

I'm not positive but I think recommended level means that the item gives less ac (for armor pieces) if you are below the level stated.
Recommended not prohibited.

Okay this would be a sweet SK back slot but whats with recommended 40th level on player made armor ... seems like it should be available to lower levels to really be of too much use. There are better dropped cloaks, this seems like putting an unescessary restriction on an otherwise sweet item. Dunno maybe i'm just a tad disheartened to train tayloring for any real plat income cuz of issues like this ... and yet i'm still gonna train for fun (i guess not profit)

It's restricted cause it is really intended for Int casters and for them all this stuff is UBER. Also the drops are in some pretty insane zones.
