i just spended all the day to get this dude to me and trust me , it's far from easy (ench lvl 63).
First, you 'll have to go there invis (mem the 2 invis , it's half populated by undead now) , you 'll have to switch invis or take it the slow way by making your way with your pet ...
there is not lift , it's just a hidden passage to get on the translucide stairs , idoàn't tested the KEY because there is too much mobs and repop is too quick (if you plan to solot it ...) so charming a mob close to the wraith (use bind sigh for helping you locate it) and attack it with a charmed pet , call back it once pulled and try to land on the ground (levitate help at that moment...), i missed it because i get tones of agro 'cause charm breaked sooner ...Sigh... Being low mana don't help too.
