probably not...
This item is a rare clicky off a hard to get NPC (on live servers due to permafarming).
It's notrade so won't be in circulation (although that means it should be on FV server... so you might get a faster answer logging in there and asking in PoK/baz/general chat).
The odds of someone having it on a non-caster class reading this thread anytime soon is pretty slim, but possible.

Hrm....I thought that right clickies worked from inventory...if that is true with this, that's very convienent.

Actually I think this comes from the Exiled or Glyphed. Kinda hard to tell them apart, we just killed em all =p And yes this loot is asstacular, but nothing surprising coming out of Ssrae temple. All we needed was for it to be a SK/PAL only ring.

Considering the ring comes from the arch lich. Yeah sure it's a 10 int/wis ring but the majority of people who are fighting a mob of this class are already going to be at 255 raid buffed if not unbuffed. Shadel bandit ring is common as dirt and has more mana, more resists altho not mr and hps that this ring doesn't have.
Verant needs to put more mana/hps heavy items in for casters. Even trying to keep my wisdom low on my shaman for more hps and resists I still hit 255 raid buffed.
