NOS shadow haven is on this faction as well.... Killing the town guards lowers it considerably

Can anyone confirm that killing A Lightcrawler or 5000+ of them raises Haven Defender faction?

Maybe the guards in NL are good exp, dont kill them or you cant walk around freely in SH. All Defenders there are on this faction.
