I went to see Sergeant Cargug, but it said I couldn't talk to him. Anyone know why?

Im in the quest: Chapter 1: The Alchemy of Betrayal.
I have completed "Return to Darkthorne in Briarheart Palace"
the quest now says "Speak the the Sergeant", but I dont have the slightest clue where the Sergeant is? Can someone help me find him?

If you teleport to the Bristlewood warpstone and head towards Nettleseed, it should be Sergeant Cargug. :D
