I haven't heard anything of the sort, but several people have told me it took them an exceptionally long time to get that update.

I've killed several winter scouts group just outside of Ruin... not getting update.

I'm not getting the update for the final hail. I've completed the quest without any issue with updates, all the way up to hailing Jelgith at the end. He prompts the text with me just fine, but I get no update in my quest window nor reward.

After yesterday's patch this should be fixed now! :)

I'm not getting any updates at all even when I do pull 5 or 6 groups each with one winter scout in them the auto update seems to not be functioning the only thing that does seem to happen is the quests blinks like it's attempting to update but I don't get any update not even a "no quest item found" like MeBePirate had mentioned above

I believe this is addressed in today's hotfix.

For some this quest seems bugged. I sided with the Tizmak, and couldn't get any update from the winter scouts (not even a "no quest item found" message.) After picking up the quest Ry'gorr Removal, I started getting updates. Very strange... perhaps there's a similar issue with the other faction.
