| As likely to crush you as your enemy, the things are worse than a Spawn in battle, and near as fickle as a Nurgling. But in a way, I suppose the terrible things really are an embodiment of the Father of Flies, for they represent his intention more completely than anything else I've seen. Between their slime and their stench nothing natural can live where they exist, and they meander without purpose, spreading Nurgle's stain wherever they touch. Where Nurglings might be seen as the harbingers of the Nurgle, his Slime Hounds are the detritus that follows in his wake. Known also as simply the Beasts of Nurgle, only once a place has become so corrupted as to be beyond his redemption can Slime Hounds be found in any great number. Between their great maws and terrible toxins, nothing can exist where they tread.
