| Last night my level 11 ranger was hunting the poachers in the bear caves when the Gnoll Poacher appeared. Went down far easier than the other poachers. | I found info way back on 'A Skulking Gnoll' - supposedly, he's the one that drops the paw for Corun. Dunno if he's broken or you just had bad luck. Always found Gnoll Heads on Gnoll Poachers and Poacher Heads on 'Poacher' and 'a poacher'. | ||||

| There is a newbie quest available from one of the clerics in the temple that will raise your faction. It's a newbie-type quest, deliver some wolf skins and berries to the cleric. I'm not sure if you can be given the quest at apprehensive, and I know it'll take a long time to raise faction using | ||||

| I've spent countless hours in BlackBurrow killing gnolls. That doesn't raise the faction. I'm trying to complete the Stein of Moggok but I can't get past the step where Woodone give me a flask of nitrates. I too am in desperate need to find out how to raise faction. | ||||

| Rivervale seems to be the biggest problem with faction. Hard to raise it and extremely easy to lose it. I went from amiable to dubious in a matter of seconds thanks to that stupid mangler mutt and casting some heals on someone being attacked by it. Glad I can port to the rings in Karana and Commons | ||||

| Basically, Corun is protecting the bears, despite the fact that they start the fights...Its the same with Bruno Barstomper in SQ...he cons as an ally to me, but when I get aggroed by Trumpy and Klieb (CoUH)he tries to kill me when I run...its not personal, its business :) | ||||
