ok i am a Wood Elf druid and i spent 3-14 here buying spells and what not so you must of killed something that dropped your faction, if you want to get it up i beleive you can go to Blackburrow and get it up there. |

The kolbalb scouts drop the hides in case your wondering just to the right of the panieel there is a camp of kolbalds usally 2watchers and a scout, sometimes a shaman or two and a watcher im a lvl 5 sk and can clear the camp by my self. The hides weigh like 2.5 stone though so there almost not wort |

Went back with my DE SK. Same result at his Lvl 47. Trap wire took him out pretty quickly after I got rooted. I couldn't target it to attack, so it's got to be a trap and not a Mob. Oh the excitement.

I was roaming around Inny and I happened to use sense the dead, and Basher Kazrak's Pet appeared. It was pecuilur, because I had never heard of him, and he had a pet, which probably meant he was a SK, and he was in the location of S Ro. I found him, and killed him, he was green at 48, and no trouble |

The sarnak pitchatka doesn't equip in secondary, the eitchatka does. Why they have info on one, and a picture of the other I don't know. He is blue to my shaman 32. Envenomed breath, 3 frost strike, easy kill (beware first time Bruno Barstomper and Trumpy Irontoe joined the fight, I had to zone).
BTW, can I solo the 2 guys in SK for the second badge? |

i looted these three rods off the vampire bat with a skele. its a thin boned wand. stats suck they are 3 charges of lifespike(the lev 8 necro lifetap) and it sells for soo much!!!! i had three then one warrior bought one for 100pp!!!!

Nezekezena still drops the Embers its just uber rare. She seems to drop the guts more often than the embers.

I started there at 23.
at that low of a level you could do well if you can get into a group.
On average I usually see 0 to 12 people in the zone and they are only usually pulling upto the bridge. A group at your level might not want to pass the double doors. Unless you have a decent enchanter.

I think it's a great place for 14-20 if you don't kill the kitties. No one is ever there and there are 3 wharf rats that give good exp. One of them drops a tooth that can be turned in for a quest. The fish can also be hunted in these levels and there is a quest associated with them.

That is a very good question. I can give you a partial answer, but not a full one, I am afraid.
I undertook to survey all the inhabitants of the Paineel city, and found 5 NPCs that were on a different faction. (There may be others, but my faction checks did not reveal them.)
