This bow drops from Aqua Goblins in Dagnor's Cauldron also. Every single gobo there will have this bow plus four arrows (always exactly four arrows, even if they were shooting at you before you killed em), in addition to whatever else they may have. |

Personally I'd say this wouldn't be a particularly good zone for you to hunt in, pickup groups are very rare. If you have a group on your way in go for it.
If you are looking for pickup groups I'd try South Karana (look for aviak or spire groups) or Highkeep (look for a guard room group) or Ill |
